CONDITIONS OF SALE
Claims: All goods should be examined at the time of delivery. If an immediate check is not possible, delivery notes must be signed 'Unexamined'. Goods signed for as 'Unexamined' should be examined for as 'Unexamined' should be examined later the same day. In the event of loss or damaged please notify the carriers and ourselves within three days. Should delivery not be received within 10 days from the date of our invoice, notification should be made to us in writing. Your kind co-oporationtoin in adhering to these time limits and other requirements will be appreciated to insure that claims are made against the carriers in accordance with their stipulations at present in force.

Title: (1) Title in the goods shall be retained by the Seller until payment by The Seller
(2) In the event of any sale of the goods by The Buyer prior to payment in full
(3) In the event of non-payments by the Buyer by the due date the Seller

Any conditions or contract which the purchaser may purport to impose shall form no part of the contract between the purchaser and the company. Any variations of these terms and conditions of contract must be agreed in writing and none of the company employees
or agents has any authority to bind the company by an oral agreement and variance with these terms and conditions of sale.

Minimum Order Outside London Postal Code for free delivery must be over £150.00
value inclusive of V.A.T. @ 17.5% - Delivery Charge £12.00
Minimum Order Inside London Postal Code for free delivery must be over £130.00
value inclusive of V.A.T. @ 17.5% - Delivery Charge £7.00
